Doheny Beach Condos & Mixed Use Del Obispo & PCH Project Approved

More great news for the citizens of Dana Point and anyone interested in moving to our wonderful city. On October 27th the Dana Point city council unanimously approved another large scale redevelopment project to be built directly across from Doheny State Beach in Dana Point. This project will feature a mixed use of commercial and residential condos that will wrap around the existing commercial center where Jacks Surfboards / Carl’s Junior / Dana Point Auto is located.  168 residential condominiums, 2,471 square feet of commercial space and approximately 1/2 an acre of green space will be built on the southeast corner of Del Obispo and Pacific Coast Highway. Our city has been patiently waiting to have  a benchmark gateway into our city, I for one welcome this project and am excited to see it take shape over the next year.

I am confident is saying that this project and the Majestic Partners project will not only have an positive impact on our city lifestyle and economy, but also positively effect any current homeowners real estate values within the proposed areas. Dana Point has been a “Drive Through” city for much to long and I am tired of having to refer my friends, family, visitors and clients to travel to our neighboring cities of Laguna Beach & San Clemente to experience shopping and entertainment. Mark my words! If all remains strong with our national economy, Dana Point will be the next destination city for coastal living and we will experience a great Real Estate boom over the next 5 years. I have been relaying this message for years to my clients. I suggest to buy now before property values dramatically go up and this window of opportunity is closed
